Description
Description
Marking the cut lines for a hexagon box or a 22.5° frame corner on the board itself is quicker with the angle already in the tool. The Adjustable Angle T-Square, 12 in, has a head that turns and locks at 0, 15, 22.5, 30, 45, 60 and 90°. Loosen the screw, rotate to the angle, and tighten it again.
At 90° it works as an ordinary square for crosscut lines and checking a corner. The blade carries laser-engraved inch and mm scales, so the length of a line reads straight off the tool. The body is aluminum alloy, the same material as the rest of our layout tools.
Sliding scribe guides on the blade, with the included pencil, draw lines parallel to an edge at any distance along its 12 in. Set a guide, rest the pencil in it, and run the head along the board for a dado shoulder or a rabbet line.
