GOINGMAKE 3-Axis Concealed Hinge Jig Ultra
Cup and screw holes drilled without bit swaps
From carcass to hung door
Cabinet work repeats the same three holes many times over. Shelf pins go in rows on the 32 mm system, 37, 50 or 64 mm from the front edge. Hinge cups go 35 mm wide into every door. Then each door has to hang flush with its neighbors while you drive the screws.
The two shelf pin jigs drill those rows through hardened guides, and the longer runs come from joining jigs end to end. The hinge jigs bore the cups at your offset, and the door mounting jig clamps to the face frame or the cabinet side and holds the door at height, framed or frameless, left hand or right.
These jigs come from drill guides and cabinet and joinery jigs in the GOINGMAKE shop kit.
