Description
Description
Changing bits between cups and screw holes eats an afternoon when a whole kitchen of doors is waiting. The 3-Axis Concealed Hinge Jig Ultra puts the screw holes on their own fixed guide. Drill every 35 mm cup first, then come back for the screws with a second drill, and the bit in each drill never changes.
The 3-axis drill guide keeps the cup straight and takes some of the downward pressure off your arms. Offsets run 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm. The screw guide has four spacings, 42 x 11, 48 x 6, 52 x 5.5 and 45 x 9.5 mm, and the 5/64 in bits come with it.
The quick clamp holds doors from 1/2 to 1-1/4 in thick. An extra block extends that to 1-13/16 in for thick slab doors. Its dust adapter fits both 1-1/4 and 1-3/8 in vacuum hoses, so most shop vacuums connect without a reducer, and the door face stays free of chips.

Questions
Questions about the GOINGMAKE 3-Axis Concealed Hinge Jig Ultra
How thick a door can you clamp in the GOINGMAKE 3-axis hinge jig?
The standard range is 1/2 to 1-1/4 in. With the extra clamping block for thick boards, it holds doors from 1-1/4 to 1-13/16 in, enough for thick slab doors.
Why does the GOINGMAKE 3-axis jig have a separate screw-hole guide?
So you can drill all the 35 mm cups, then all the screw holes, without changing the bit in one drill. It offers four screw spacings. More in our hinge jig guide.
Hinge cups are drilled and hinge mortises are routed: both go best with the work clamped and your eyes covered.
